"What should I do to find a new, in-network doctor?"

Once you become a member of the LM HealthWorks Plan, you may want to find a new, in-network doctor. You can search for and choose your new doctor by:

Using the online provider directory. Here you'll find an up-to-date listing of network doctors, hospitals and other care providers for you to choose from.
Asking your current doctor for a recommendation. Let him or her know that Aetna is the LM HealthWorks Plan administrator. That way, your doctor can recommend a provider who belongs to the plan's network.
