The LM HealthWorks Plan has coinsurance rather than copays. So if your doctor’s office asks, tell them you are enrolled in a plan with a deductible and coinsurance and that you have no copay. If you use an in-network provider, you typically will not have to provide payment at the time of service. Your doctor’s office staff will file the claim and bill you for your share of the negotiated rate.
