IF I MEET MY DEDUCTIBLE IN THE LAST THREE MONTHS OF THE YEAR, DOES MY DEDUCTIBLE CARRY OVER INTO THE FOLLOWING YEAR?

No. The full deductible amount must be satisfied each calendar year before the plan begins to pay benefits for eligible expenses.
