I lost my plastic id card. how do I GET A NEW ONE?

Getting a new ID card has never been easier.  You can now access (view, download, print) a digital ID card through:

• Aetna member website:  Visit Aetna.com to register. Once registered, you can access and print a copy of your digital ID card by visiting the ID card section of Navigator.
• Aetna Mobile Application (iPhone and Android):  Available in app stores when you search for “Aetna.”
• Aetna.com mobile web

The information on the digital ID card is identical to that on the plastic ID card, and Aetna has reminded providers that alternative forms of ID cards (such as digital versions) are perfectly acceptable. Also, you will receive your digital ID card immediately, it’s less likely to be lost or stolen, and it’s better for the environment!
