Yes. You can view your EOBs online through the Aetna member website. Explanation of Benefits statements will also be mailed to you during the month(s) in which you’ve received care. You also may use the Claim Explanation of Benefits link on your Aetna member website home page to “turn off” paper EOBs and review them online only.
