As a member of the plan, for short-term prescriptions you will only need to transfer your prescriptions if the pharmacy you use does not participate in the CVS Caremark pharmacy network. You can find out by visiting the CVS Caremark prescription drug website, https://info.caremark.com/oe/lmrx. If your pharmacy is not in the network, ask your doctor for a new, original prescription and take it to a participating retail pharmacy to be filled once your coverage begins.
