IF I ENROLL IN THE LM HEALTHWORKS PLAN AS AN UNDER AGE 65 RETIREE, WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I TURN 65?

The LM HealthWorks Plan is for retirees under age 65. Within 90 days of your 65^th birthday, you will receive a Status Change Package that will allow you to elect a post 65 medical plan. If you have further questions regarding your medical plan at attainment of age 65, please contact the Lockheed Martin Employee Service Center at (866) 562-2363.  Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
