HOW DO I ENROLL FOR THE PLAN?

Detailed enrollment information for retirees, will be made available in October when annual enrollment occurs. You will receive an annual enrollment package in the mail, which will include cost information and the details you need to enroll.

To enroll or to elect "no coverage" you can either:

• Contact the Lockheed Martin Employee Service Center at:
  (866) 562-2363 - for toll-free calls
  (201) 242-4397 - for international callers
  (800) 83308334 - for the hearing impaired or 
• Visit www.lockheedmartin.com and click on "About Us" and then "Employees/Retirees Pay & Benefits" to make certain changes.

Please note that you will need your social security number (SSN) and PIN to access your account. If you do not remember your PIN contact the Employee Service Center.
