You pay for medical expenses until the annual deductible is met. After you meet the deductible, you and Lockheed Martin begin sharing the cost for care. You pay a coinsurance amount for health care services until you reach the out-of-pocket maximum. After the out-of-pocket maximum is met, the plan pays 100% of all covered expenses for the remainder of the plan year. If you use both in-network and out-of-network services, there are different deductibles and out-of-pocket limits.
