Lockheed Martin is working to make this transition as easy as possible for employees. The company is partnering with some of our prescription vendors to automatically transfer current mail-order prescriptions to Express Scripts. You’ll need to contact Express Scripts to see if your prescription is one that has been automatically transferred and/or to refill your prescription through the Express Scripts Pharmacy.
Please note that prescriptions for certain controlled substances and compound medications cannot be transferred. You’ll need to obtain a new prescription from your doctor for these types of medications. Occasionally, there may also be some situations where the transfer process will not be successful. If you request a refill that was not or cannot be transferred, you will need to obtain a new prescription from your doctor.
You can easily refill your prescriptions through the Express Scripts Pharmacy, your mail-order service, by using one of two easy methods. Before you begin, please have handy your member ID number shown on your pharmacy ID card and the prescription number from a current mail-order prescription label or refill slip. Please refill your prescription when you have a 2-week supply of medication remaining. Not all refills may be available immediately, but should be available shortly after the transition to Express Scripts.
As an enrolled member, choose one of these methods to refill your prescriptions through the Medco Pharmacy:
