Did You Know? Changing your body position regularly while at work can help you to stay fit and resilient, boost mood, enhance focus and creativity, and reduce risk of injury. Movement releases muscle tension caused by stress. Sometimes just getting up and removing yourself from your regular environment with a walk can clear your mind. Moving throughout the day maintains joint mobility and reduces muscle fatigue caused by being in the same position for too long. So get up and stretch, go for a walk, or just do something that changes your position!
